There is only one thing
To train hard
For this is true enlightenment.

Zen Master Dogen – Rules for Meditation

Oh!
We don’t train
in order to become
enlightened.

We train

  1. I love the needlepoints you’ve been using lately. I may have missed where you introduced them or who made them (I actually just figured out where your posts were showing up in my email–I still have problems with technology!), but they’re lovely. And it’s always such a comfort to read your posts. They’re like drops of rain on a hot day.

  2. Great to see you here PA. The thought, when it came to me, made my mind stop too – for a brief moment. Glad you like the posts. I am pleased to be back at it in a regular way.
Life has been interesting since I dashed back from Portland in mid July. So not so easy to post consistently.
