Don’t get me wrong. I’m no poet, and I know it! Short form gets the job done sooner, and I am all for that. It’s late, it’s nearly the anniversary of my Ordination. Twenty nine years.
I hope you have a great day on this the Anniversary of your Ordination. The city here is a lot quieter than the one here 4 years ago when you were here as our hockey team is out of the playoffs, so not so noisy as it was then!
Mike, It is your Anniversary too isn’t it. Congratulations as well.
So glad you became a monk
So glad of our connection
Wishing you many more years
Twenty-nine years
You have been a monk.
How fortunate
To have met you!
Its the best I can do. Congratulations and thank-you for your teaching. Here’s to the next twenty-nine.

Yes it is and it was very hot here for it. 31 degrees C which made the Pugs not too anxious to leave the apartment! Thank you for the congratulations!
Dear Adrienne, How kind – a little poem even!
Yes indeed, it can get hot hot hot in Edmonton. If I were a pug I’d want to be in the bath tub, not walking the street!
Next twenty nine did you say? Yes, that is possible now I’ve done my sums. And why not another 29, or 30 more of them.
